Not all littermates survived the remote region of Thailand. 
 
Jay Lau, founder of PawsUp, along with veterinary head surgeon Dr sohaib ahmed and manager Dr Qayyum Al-zelzy embarked a journey to far west of Thailand, border of Burma, teaming up with local shelter Sangklaburi sanctuary to set up spay camps for 100 homeless animals. 
 
Stray dogs and cats desperate search for food and continue to multiply in numbers due to no access to veterinary clinics.
